CLIENT/PROJECT: Visions | In Your Office
This Orange County-based business specializes in office, home, and commercial furnishings. The business owner had an Amazon FBA segment that had increasingly outperformed the physical furniture store. Consequently, he decided to dedicate all his time and efforts to the thriving Amazon business & decided to liquidate the in person showroom.
However, the challenge arose when it came to liquidating the in-person showroom furniture. The owner contacted me knowing my expertise, for consulting and advising on an online marketing campaign to boost traffic and awareness of the sale. After consulting, he hired me to produce and manage the campaigns, creatives, advertisements, and other best practices regarding it. This is how I went about it below:
Creative Development, Production & Editing:
Scriptwriting & Filming: I scripted two 30-60 second scripts, filmed the owner delivering them, and captured B-roll of the products, alongside taking photos.
Content Compilation: I edited the footage, B-roll, and photos into polished, creative advertisements. (Creatives are Attached Below for you to see)
Organic Marketing Segment
Next-door: Created an event on Next door with all the sale details, posted within the county, and shared the creatives organically. Additionally, listed the items in the marketplace under the furniture section.
Facebook: Created events on Facebook, shared all sale details, and posted the creatives organically within the county.
Note: This approach was entirely organic and cost-free. Interestingly, the organic posts generated traffic to the store before the paid campaigns even began.*
Paid Advertising via Facebook Ads Manager:
Testing Campaign: Launched a Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) campaign with six ad sets, each targeting different interests within a 15-mile radius of the store. Both creatives were included in each ad set to determine the best-performing one.
Optimization: After three days, spending $50 per day, the most effective creative and interests were identified.
Targeted Campaign: Launched a CBO campaign targeting the top three interests with the highest-performing ad creative.
Increased spend: In the final five days, the budget was doubled, and a replicated campaign was created to maximize reach and impact.

KPIS: Overall CPC To Landing Page: $.30 Cents | Overall CPM: $12 | Cost per sale/conversion: $142 | Total ROAS: 2.31
The Results:
In addition to a significant increase in foot traffic, we tracked 7 high-ticket, in-person sales totaling over $2,300 in revenue, with an average order value (AOV) of $328. Conversion tracking was based on customers filling out a survey after purchase, indicating where they found out about the store/sale.
CLIENT/PROJECT:: Elevate Property Management
Our client, Billy, who recently appeared on a podcast, sought to create 15 short clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to promote his real estate services and increase awareness of his expertise organically. Recognizing me as one of the best video editors, he reached out for assistance.

CLIENT/PROJECT:: Visions | In Your Office
Our client was highly satisfied with the liquidation advertising campaign we executed for their business. Recognizing our expertise in website creation and landing page design, they approached us with a significant issue. They had been paying $500 per month for a subpar website hosting and builder service for over 20 years through Retailer Web Services (https://www.retailerwebservices.com/).
Here's why this service was problematic:
Exorbitant Pricing for a Complex Service: The service was grossly overpriced for what it offered.
Outdated UI/UX Design: The user interface and user experience were reminiscent of the 1990s, with no significant updates despite the high costs.
Inefficient Account Management: Transferring the domain and closing accounts was a cumbersome process managed entirely through email.
Unjustifiable Pricing Model: The $500 monthly fee was justified by the ability to list up to 1 million products. However, this feature did not provide a competitive advantage or tangible benefits, as more listings do not necessarily translate to more sales. Platforms like Shopify already offer unlimited listings at a much lower cost.
Our Solution:
Domain Transfer: We seamlessly transferred their domain to GoDaddy.
Account Closure: We efficiently wrapped up and canceled all accounts with Retailer Web Services.
Website Redesign: We built a modern, sleek website that significantly enhanced their online presence.
Cost Reduction: We successfully reduced their monthly expenses by $461.
Research indicates that visually appealing websites increase customer engagement. We anticipate that the modern, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing design of this new website will boost customer interest and directly contribute to increased revenue.

CLIENT/PROJECT: Modern Money Media
Modern Money, AKA My brand's Instagram theme page starting getting some traction after a a couple months of consistent posting, while the You tube channel still lags behind. Unfortunately, I expected this to happen as Instagram theme pages are relatively easy to go viral and get followers, if you follow best practices (I have knowledge of it before of course, not my first rodeo with IG). I didn't want the traffic to go to waste on the Instagram account so I decided to craft a product directly for the Instagram page while the You tube picks up steam.
The Project:
-Create a HIGH converting Landing page, product images & Copy crafted for viewers who want to go viral and make money with Instagram.
- Develop an extremely valuable downloadable PDF course/info product with videos and a case study example of Modern Money.
- Create an Affiliate Dashboard for others to promote and get 50% commissions on sales.

Notes:
The way I am marketing it is completely organic. I put the link in my bio with compelling copy, have a call to action on all post descriptions/captions & lastly a call to action pop up on every video. Also, I have an affiliate section which others may promote on their theme pages and be able to get 50% commissions.
I look down on others who sell overpriced/overhyped courses, mentorships and things of this nature for crazy premiums and really don't provide much value. I've seen people selling courses, mentorships & coaching calls for 500-$20,000 (Cough Cough Alex Hormozi). Personally, I like to provide as much value as possible, literally give you ever single thing I did for a small fee, step by step. Really, the only thing stopping any one from making their business aspirations come true is just doing it and improving, No $20,000 course or mentorship will make you successful.
The true wealth, pleasure and satisfactions comes from the customers who succeed after implementing everything - planting seeds (I like to garden, no pun intended though). Don't chase wealth & money.
The Results: - I get to Enjoy 100% profit margins with organic traffic and a valuable digital product showing others the exact formula to do it too, I'll do a 30-day - post launch revenue update here too.
